I Know A Soul (L)
I know a soul who could twirl any being they wanted around their finger.
As we all know, when you’re dead, your spiritual body carries the same traits as your physical body did. Well, this soul had it all when they were alive. Flawless skin, a figure sculpted of marble, eyes that glinted under the softest sources of light, and the aire of someone who wanted to caress every part of every other soul that walked through here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them alone. There was always someone around them, whether it was considered to be of a similar species or not.
Obviously, the Big Guy Upstairs was happy to keep them down in Hell. After all, you didn’t want someone like them running around the heavenly landscape and casually caress everything there. If there was a way to pleasure a soul of any type, they were surely the one to try and bring that pleasure. I heard that in their physical life, they were stunning and attracted all of their specific species easily. I mean, it didn’t seem like it would be that easy. Their specific species was a bit on the picky side when it came to mates or partners. It seems as if this one seemed to just attract anything they wanted. Great on the physical plane of this crazy universe, not so much when B.G.U. finds them dead in the middle of an orgy and now has to find a place for them.
But hey, things have changed. Or, at least, that’s what I’ve been told. In fact, it was them that told me. I am a little annoyed that I didn’t find out before everyone else did, but who am I to make such a demand of the B.G.U. when it comes to that kind of thing? I just live here, in the Land of the Dead, trying not to focus on that attractive soul that just seems to hook any other soul they want to.
They came to visit me and wanted to have some fun, but I declined out of sheer shock to see them. They told me that something happened. The only reason they knew is that they saw the gates to Dis and Hell itself wide open. No other soul seemed to notice it until they did when they asked the gate if it was feeling alright. I swear, their energy knew no bounds when it came to trying to pleasure others. After another soul reminded them that gates are inanimate objects, every other soul stared at the gates with a mixture of shock and worry. There wasn’t even a soul guarding either set of gates, and normally there would be! But anyway, they took the first step out of Hell and wandered toward me. I guess they wanted to see if I was still sulking here. I was, but that’s beside the point.
I asked them where they planned to go. They didn’t hesitate to say they were going on a pleasure journey through all of the universe. I almost warned them about being weary of strange beings and stranger diseases, but then I remembered we were dead. It doesn’t really matter that much once you are dead. They laughed; probably because they realized what I was about to warn them about. I could help but be a little jealous of their lack of care when it came to pleasure. Sure, it was something I could have too, but my body did not have the same attractiveness as theirs. I wasn’t even really considered by any other physical being in my social circles while I was alive. They reassured me that I could have that kind of life now that we were both dead. I don’t believe them. It’s easy for these more attractive souls to say that.
But they just ran off to heaven a few moments ago. You will probably find them up in heaven, looking for their secretive best friend from their physical time. Lucky them, I guess.
