Mamma Mia, Chapter 2

Mamma Mia: Chapter 2   Mia mentally scolds Arthur or his lack of respect for her library. He come in, wearing his 1990s attire: open dress polo, t-shirt with skull, and half-ripped jeans. He has his high-top shoes in his hand. At least he listened to that rule she made for him. He asks what she needed in a rather annoyed tone.   “I told you. You have an assignment.” She tells him. His mind wraps around the sentence. Of course, he asks if it is going on his official record for the syndicate. He always asks. When Mia nods, Arthur’s eyes glisten. The first official assignment seems to be a trophy for everyone growing up in the MWS directly. Arthur begins rambling his excitement when Mia holds up her hand to him. “I don’t understand male genetics.” She grumbles. Before he can make a comment, she continues, “Your first assignment is a favor for the Father of the AMS. His son Alonzo has not been in contact for several months, and none of his-” Mia pauses to find a good wor...

Mamma Mia, Chapter 1

Mamma Mia: Chapter 1   “Dude, that was a nice Backflip-Bikeflip Combo you did! We gotta put that on Jumpspace!”   Arthur lands and slows down his gold BMX bike as it skids into the concrete. “You think so?”   His friend Carlo holds the recorded footage on his communicator to Arthur. “It will bump you up on Starlight big time! No one has pulled that stunt that well in years.”   Arthur and Carlo watch the trick on a loop: the trick, the smirk to camera halfway through. It was all glorious, even before Carlo had a chance to edit it. Arthur can’t help but smile at this little feat of his. His family would be proud. “That is a good shot.”   Carlo turns off his communicator. “Do you want it on Jumpspace?”   “Are you kidding? Of course I do, my dude!” Arthur exclaims, “Just remember to put it on the right account, okay?” He gently punches Carlo’s shoulder.   “Awesome! I’ll just start playing with it. Let’s go for a few more...

Mamma Mia, Chapter 0

Mamma Mia: Chapter 0   You stand before the group of men; well, most wouldn't call them men. With their barrel-like bodies and almost paradoxical dress suits, most would call them thugs. Criminals, even. But you see a different hue of them. You see dreams of money and power, pride and respect. You see honor and dignity in their work, and a sense of duty to their motives.    "Gentlemen." You finally address them, your arms out in a welcoming way. "Welcome to the MWS."   "Thank you, Mother Altamura." They all greet in return. You can hear the late-comers fumble your name. It is typical for a handful of men to come in late due to transportation. You make a mental note to address that later this evening. "I have asked for each of you to come personally, individually, to join this syndicate. It seems many of you have accepted. The others-" You give a menacing yet theatrical chuckle-smirk combo. "Well, the other will realize their mistake soo...

The Times of Fellcus Dark

Day 1  My clan has told me to leave the dwelling and seek knowledge of chaos. I am not sure what that means necessarily, but I hope to find out and bring these findings back to my clan.  Day 3   I have found... something. I'm not entirely sure what, but I have found something. It is a strange carrot-like object. It has some very interesting qualities. It is light like a feather, yet appears to be made out of solid gold. It seems like it would be a toy like the one my mistress in the clan would use on us. I may have to try it out at a later time. Not tonight. Tonight is for studying and travelling, not pleasure. Day 4 I have a new travelling companion with me. He is a rather strange creature. Blonde hair, green eyes. Looks to be someone who wanted a companion for more than just the journey. I will have to see where this goes. [The rest of the journal appears shredded and burned in places. Nothing else is readable.] Just something random for a friend. ...

The Religious Questions I Have

So, this might drive some people away. And that's fine. I don't expect people to read these or even begin to understand what goes through my head when I ask these questions.   An ever-going lifetime's story edited short, I've had a lot of negative experiences with my old church and western religions in general. I have yet to meet someone who has had the best answers to these questions. This list changes on a regular basis, especially if and when I read religious texts. A lot of these questions are solely squared at the Abrahamic religions (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam), but I will probably have more questions when I continue/begin studies into other religions with more than a passing interest.  If God wants everyone to worship Him, why would He only give His perfect knowledge and wisdom to a select group of people? I find it odd that He only reveals this stuff to a small group of people. Can God truly be so upset with human's mortal sins so much tha...
