Earworms

At the time of writing this (9pm on Saturday), I am exhausted. I should have written this on Friday like I normally do, but a flurry of laborious work enveloped me. So much so that I don't really remember going to bed, waking up this morning, or anything much about today. That is a good sign -to me anyway- that my mind and body are agitated and exhausted from a lot of work.

So while I take a break for this blog, I would like to suggest an artist that has been providing me with earworms for the last few days. (For those of you who don't know, "earworms" are pieces of music that you cannot get out of your head, even if you think you have.) The artist is Bill Wurtz. If that name rings a bell, that's because you might have seen his most popular video: history of the entire world, i guess

Yes, that popular video. It's a great video, honestly. It wasn't until I really dug into his music that I found the gems that are now stuck in my head. These will be all listed below as links. It will take you to a new window, if I set it up right. Feel free to share them around and get other people stuck with these earworms:

Outisde

Here Comes the Sun

I'm A Princess

Got Some Money

I spelt these titles the way I would normally, but they are all in lowercase in their actual titles. Which I found super intriguing. Definitely makes my rhetorical synapses tingle.

If you are a teacher that really wants their kids to enjoy something and to give their interpretations or opinions on something other than a book, this might be a refreshing option. If you are just someone who likes to make people think you are more strange than you might already be, these songs may do the trick. No matter what, they are earworms in my mind. Perhaps they will be for you as well.

Now that I've shared my earworms, I'm going to go relax now. Maybe check on my Minecraft stuff or start writing another small story for next week. I will see you all then.
