3: Rocketing into a New Addiction

Ballzz wanted to show me something awesome, unfortunately, it required me to actually have Minecraft skills.

"So Ani, all you have to do is find the center of the rocket, fall down, hit the cobwebs, open up your elytra, and start shooting the flying rockets upward."

Ballzz's words almost blur in my mind, and I shake my head. "Sure, Ballzz." I walk to the edge of the dizzying platform he built. I try not to look down, but I end up doing it anyway. I quickly look up to relieve my split second of nausea before jumping off the edge. Watching the rocket spin around my vision as I fall, I can't help but wonder how insane this is. Just as I begin to get an answer, I hit a soft bed of cobwebs. I spread the wings on my elytra and grab the rockets out of my backpack, pointing them in random directions. Thankfully, Ballzz handed me about nine packages of them, each with sixty-four rockets. Just in case.

"Ani, just fall through the cobwebs and come back out. You can try again." Ballzz laughs.

I sigh and come out of them slowly. "I wish I knew how to use these better."

"You point them where you are going, not underneath you." He informs me.

I nod in understanding, then head back up to the platform again. Trying not to get dizzy again, I walk up and just let myself fall off. As soon as I hit the cobwebs again, I open my elytra and spam the flying rockets upwards. It takes me a moment, but I finally fly upward toward the rocket's peak. "I'm rocketing in the rock-"

I stall as I enter a strange area. I wasn't sure if I was glitching, or if Ballzz had created something unusual.

"Hold up, Ani, I'm coming up to." Ballzz says, his communication sounding a little fuzzy. Am I in a different dimension?

I move out of the way as I hear rockets and see Ballzz pop up. He looks around the room before putting his rockets away. "Welcome to... well, it's a void... and kind of not a void.... I'm not sure what to call it yet."

There is a moment before I make a sound. Apparently, that sound brings about a strangely loud laugh from Churro.

"Oh, hi Churro." I say. "I didn't even realize you were in the communicator."

"Sorry, figured I would pop in." Churro replies in between the final throws of laughter. "BT is here too."

"Yeah, that was too funny." BT comments.

"But... whoa." I say, pulling out my camera. "I'm taking pictures of all of this."

After taking a few pictures, I set out to go home. I am kind of done seeing this strange sudo-Void/weird place.

I come back to find myself laughing far harder than I need to. Our friend BT decides to have a little fun with color options for the rocket.

"Well, first, we have some labeling to do." BT smirks, grabbing some red wool.

Before long, the pictures are starting to look ridiculous.

"There, now it says the right thing!" BT chuckles.

Ballzz comes over and laughs. "That is pretty funny. What are you planning on doing?"

"You know, just going to be testing out some design options." I giggle.

Ballzz sighs and wonders off to write the name of the server on the rocket. "Well, don't get too crazy then."

BT, Ballzz, and I curl up in fits of giggling and laughing as BT finally puts the rocket back as it was. It is too funny to play with that kind of design, even if it wouldn't make any sense.

"Alright, I need to get going." I says between chuckles and wiping away tears. "I need to go take care of my farm."

"No worries, Ani." Ballzz says. "Oh, and I might be taking someone new on a tour around your farm soon. DeNoobz said he might want to invite a new friend."

"Sweet. Go for it." I grin. "Talk to you both later!"

"See you later, Ani." Ballzz waves.

"Bye Ani!" BT shouts as I head back to the farm.

Renegade is at the farm when I come back. "Anything fun going on?" she asks.

I nod. "I might have discovered a new little place to visit from time to time."
